Got some leftover brisket??? Tuck into this recipe from Daza @ Smoke N Hotrox Chef's


  • 2cups Chicken stock

  • 500ml Chicken bone broth

  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce

  • 1tablespoon Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha

  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

  • leftover brisket

  • Corn kernels

  • Softed boiled eggs

  • Ramen Noodles

  • Thin Sliced Cabbage

  • Sliced Jalapeno

  • Scallion

  • More BBQ sauce


  1. I used smoked leftover brisket for this .

  2. Mix the stock with the soy sauce, bbq sauce, vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil and bring to a boil.

  3. Cook the noodles and strain. Add to the bowl. Add in the broth.

  4. Boil eggs for 7 mins them add them to a bowl of ice water once cold peel and cut in half

  5. Top with all the garnishes and serve.
